At QIDI Industrial, we are committed to providing high-quality industrial spare parts and equipment.

Due to the nature of industrial and electronic components, customers are kindly requested to verify the part number, machine model, and compatibility before placing an order.

Returns may be accepted under the following circumstances:

• The item received is incorrect.
• The item arrives damaged during transit.
• The item has a confirmed manufacturing defect.

The following items are generally not eligible for return or refund:

• Items ordered with an incorrect part number or model selected by the customer.
• Installed, used, modified, or tested products.
• Opened electronic components, circuit boards, sensors, encoders, drives, or other sensitive electronic parts.
• Customized or special-order items.

All return requests must be approved by our team before any item is returned. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide photos, videos, or other supporting information when applicable.

Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Unless otherwise agreed, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the return is caused by our error or a confirmed product defect, we will work with the customer to provide an appropriate solution.

Warranty coverage follows the warranty period stated on each product page, typically ranging from 6 to 12 months.
