Order Processing Time

Most orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Estimated Delivery Time

International express delivery normally takes approximately 3–10 business days after dispatch.

Actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination, customs clearance, remote-area delivery, carrier delays, public holidays, weather conditions, and other circumstances beyond our control.

The estimated delivery time does not include order processing time.

Shipping Charges

Shipping cost is not included and will be confirmed based on destination country, order quantity, product size, and weight.

Tracking Information

Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, recipient name, telephone number, postal code, and any information required for delivery or customs clearance.

We are not responsible for delays, additional costs, or failed delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

Please inspect the package upon delivery.

If the package arrives damaged, please take clear photographs of the outer packaging, shipping label, inner packaging, and product, and contact us as soon as possible.

For lost or missing shipments, please contact us so that we can initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier.
